NO BAKE DESSERT

To be honest I have been on a huge no bake desert kick lately. Don’t get me wrong I will definitely get back into my baked goods coming up with Fall right around the corner but there’s something about a no bake dessert that I love. They’re so easy & you know exactly what you’re getting.

INGREDENTS

1/2 c nut butter of choice (I used peanut butter)

3/4 c of rice puff cereal

*you can also crumble rice cakes

1 c of your favorite chocolate chips

Flakey sea salt for topping

MEHOD

01. Add nut butter to a bowl

02. Add in the rice cereal & mix well- set aside

03. Melt your favorite chocolate & pour a small layer into linked baking cup

04. Add in a scoop of the PB mixture

05. Top with more melted chocolate & freeze

06. Top with flakey sea salt & enjoy 😋
