Fall Veggies & Sausage 🍠

Fall is here which means it’s time to eat all the fall veggies. When I’m short on time for dinner I love to whip up this super easy meal!

Recipe:

Sweet potatoes

Brussel sprouts

Chicken sausage

Olive oil

Salt & pepper

Preheat over to 425. Spray a baking sheet with oil then add thinly sliced sweet potatoes and sliced and halved brussel sprouts. Add a drizzle of olive oil over the top of both. Toss the brussels and rub the oil evenly over the potatoes. Bake for 10 minutes. While baking, slice your chicken sausage. When 10 minutes has passed, add chicken sausage, flip potatoes and shake brussels and cook for 10 more minutes.
