Realistic what I eat for weightloss

Today was definitely a crazy busy day. It’s not often that I end up skipping lunch, but it definitely does happen. I had a whole meal prepped and everything, but I had some unexpected stuff come up. It truly was one of those days lol, which is definitely why I treated myself to my favorite honey, hot tenders from Cheddars.

Believe it or not eating like this, I was still in a calorie deficit. So it’s like I say eating healthy doesn’t necessarily mean eating the same old nasty bland food every day. It’s all about making mindful choices.
