Money hack: how to get therapy for FREE

EAP is an AWESOME resource for free therapy!

I’ve gotten to use it in the past for both in-person and telehealth therapists and not have to pay a single copayment.

In my experience, EAP offers a set amount of free sessions per “issue”. So if I wanted to talk to a therapist about a specific topic, I have 10 free sessions for that. They are pretty lenient on what is considered an “issue” so you’re most likely going to end up never paying for therapy if you go through EAP.
