12.22.23: Houston Zoo Visit! Here’s some animal facts!

Humboldt penguin: these guys can swim up to 30mph! I did not mean to put the other species of penguin my bad!

Galapagos Tortoises: these guys can survive for over a year without food or water !

Wood stork: adult wood storks are almost mute! They can make quiet soft hissing or grunting sounds.

Rainbow Stag: these guys feed and lay eggs in rotting and decaying wood.

North American River Otter: these guys can stay under water for as long as 8 minutes!

Brown Pelican: the skin sacs on their throats can hold up to 3 gallons of water.

Llama: a baby llama is called a cria. A llamas poop has basically no odor too.

Gorilla: their brains are smaller than a human’s brain despite their large head size.

Southern Ground Hornbill: these guys can fly up to 18 mph and live an average of 70 years.
