Have you ever had a moment where you just LOST IT!

I have!! and when I experience this, I like to take a moment and run out to my car, a bathroom or somewhere private where I can practice a quick breathing exercise to help me calm my nerves FAST!

Deep Breathing:

Inhale deeply through your nose for a count of 4.

Hold your breath for a count of 4.

Exhale slowly through your mouth for a count of 8.

Repeat for several cycles.
