HOMEMADE PUMPKIN SAUCE

i made homemade pumpkin sauce for some of the fall drinks i’m wanting to add to our menu!! what do you think this would be good in? i’m thinking pumpkin spice (obviously) and maybe pumpkin pie, but what else??

recipe:

☻ 1 cup pumpkin puree

☻ 1/2 cup sugar (i measured with my ♡ tbh)

☻ 1 cup water

☻ 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice (or however much your ♡ tells you)

1. combine sugar and water in a sauce pan on stove (i did medium heat)

2. once sugar is dissolved add pumpkin and spice

3. let boil for 5 minutes, if it’s too thick add more water until it’s too your liking! i did a thicker sauce but you can make this more like a syrup!

4. remove from heat and store in a resealable jar (i got these cute pump/jars from amazon!
