Hey ladies! I wanted to share some more low-calorie snacks that have helped me personally while trying to lose stomach fat. I hope these options can do the same for you! 🧡
Boom Chicka Pop (kettle corn ): 1 cup = 70 calories. It’s light, crunchy, and great for snacking without the guilt!
Cucumber Salad: 1 whole sliced cucumbers, yogurt dill dressing, everything bagel seasoning filling and easy to make! Superrr low in cals.
Chobani Yogurts: Around 140-170 calories per serving based off flavor. Great for a quick, protein-packed snack as well as satisfies the sweet tooth! I love chobani for when I want something sweet but don’t want to eat a candy bar.
Probiotic Water or Karma Water: 20-30 calories per bottle. I suggest this to absolutely everybody that’s how much I love it 😭 it’s just such a great juice alternative without all the sugar. Flavor packed! And Keeps you hydrated and supports gut health!
