First take 3 eggs then separate the egg yolks from egg whites. Whisk the egg whites with 1/2 tsp vinegar and 80 gram sugar (gradually) until you get stiff peaks. Then add the yolks and 80 gram cake flour to make the batter. Then mix 2 tbsp vegetable oil and 1 tbsp milk with 1 tsp Vanilla essence. Add the mixer to the batter. Then bake it for 20-25 mins at 160C.
