Cookies and cream oreo cake recipe🍰🍫

2 cups + 2tbsp granulated sugar (428g)

1 3/4 (237g) cups flour

3/4 cup + 2 tbsp (87g) dark cocoa powder

1.5 tsp baking powder

1.5 tsp baking sodaa

1.5 tsp salt

2 eggs

1 cup milk

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1 tbsp vanilla

2 tbsp instant espresso powder dissolved in 3/4 cup boiling water

Bake in a preheated oven at 350F until a toothpick comes out with few moist crumbs. I used American Vanilla Buttercream for the filling.
