11/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup cocoa powder

2 cups sugar

1 cup vegetable oil

6 Tbsp of flax seed gel (posted in a previous reel how to make it)

1 cup buttermilk at room temperature

1 tsp salt

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder

2 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp white vinegar

1/2 cup hot coffee

1. In a mixing bowl, whisk the flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking soda, and baking powder, and set aside.

2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the sugar and oil.

Add in the buttermilk, flax seed gel, and vanilla. Whisk in the vinegar and hot coffee. Once combined, slowly add in the dry ingredients and fold in with a spatula, just until combined.

The batter will not be smooth(don't overmix).

3. Bake until a toothpick inserted comes out with slightly moist crumbs in a preheated oven at 160C with fan on or 175C.
