Healthy (but filling) Taco Salad!

One of my favorite go to easy and healthy meal is a southwest salad. This is a basic taco salad but the thing that makes it shine is the lime crema dressing. Give this extremely tasty and super simple salad/ salad dressing a shot! (If you’re feeling a bit saucy, add some flaming hot Doritos for scooping! 😆)

Salad ingredients:

🥬 chopped romaine lettuce

🥬 homemade pico de gallo (grape tomatoes, garlic, red onion, lime juice)

🥬 avocado

🥬 corn

🥬 black beans

🥬 cilantro

🥬 seasoned ground beef (15% fat, seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder and chili powder. )

Lime crema dressing:

🌶️ 1/2 cup light sour cream

🌶️ 1/3 cup mayonnaise

🌶️ 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (add as much sauce to your liking)
