I quit drinking alcohol on 2/22.

On 2/25 I got the Norovirus stomach bug and was laid out for an entire day. Could not really eat solids until the 27th.

On 2/29 I finally got the courage to weigh myself. When I saw my weight had almost reached the 300s again, I was shocked.

In the last week I've focused on moving my body(10k+steps) roughly every other day. I've done things like deep cleaning, normal walks, and moderately strenuous hikes.

For food, I've been doing intermittent fasting.

My eating window is 11a/12p to 5p. I usually break my fast with a huge bowl of fruit, then have a high protein lunch about 130pm then high protein dinner at 445pm.

This week's options were black coffee in the AM, tuna and spring mix wraps with Ceasers dressing and avocado and 2 hard boiled eggs for lunch, then dinners were Mediterranean roasted chicken with tomatoes, carrots, potatoes, onions and cous cous.

I'm trying hard not to focus on calorie counting and instead eating when I'm hungry within my non fasting window.
