the 3 scents every guy NEEDS

I’m a big proponent of using different scents for different occasions. It’s a bit of a stretch, but I really do believe that fragrances evoke specific moods and create lasting impressions in different environments.

Here’s what you need to look out for:

👃 YOUR EVERYDAY SCENT

This is the scent you use when you’re going out with friends or doing something really casual. I use CK One or Hugo Boss Unlimited. It’s around SGD60. These scents are fresh, citrusy, light and feel quite energizing and uplifting. Whenever I use them, I feel very light and airy.

👃 YOUR FORMAL SCENT

This is the scent I’d use if I ever had to go to an office, but I don’t so I rarely use this, if at all. I use Dunhill Century Blue, priced around SGD75. This is heavier and has more woody elements, and it very warm and reassuring.

👃 YOUR SPECIAL SCENT

I use this very sparingly, only on special occasions or with my girlfriend. I use Endymion by Penhaligon. It’s priced at around SGD230. It’s hard to describe the scent because it’s so unique. It’s fresh and light but also lingers on your nose if you come close to talk to me. It’s smooth and elegant and it makes me feel like a million bucks. Plus it lasts throughout the day, even when I sweat.
