These are habits I follow to stay balanced while prioritizing my health.

Caffeine after breakfast: Ladies coffee is not breakfast 😅 When we have caffeine on an empty stomach it causes stress to our hormones. Our stress hormone cortisol rises which causes us to feel more anxious, tired and attributes to abdominal fat.

Caffeine on an empty stomach can also cause digestive issues, imbalanced blood sugar and can negatively impact your cycle.

Take time to unplug: Unplugging helps to clear the mind and reduce anxiety. Constantly being tied to your phone can negatively impact out sleep, mood and productivity.

Daily hot girl walks: Improves our cardiovascular health, digestion, increases dopamine, increases out vitamin d exposure when done outside and improves our energy.

Balanced nutrient dense meals : Creating balanced meals helps keep you satisfied longer, keeps our blood sugar balanced which leads to better gut & hormonal health.

Strength training: Has been proven to be beneficial for cycle health , stabilizing blood sugar, reduce inflammation and making you feel like a bad b.
