Poly EAE Application is open for ITE students!

Apply now to secure your spot in a polytechnic before receiving your final Higher Nitec or Nitec GPA!

📋Eligibility📋

Poly EAE is open to:

Singapore Citizens (SC) and Permanent Residents (PR) who are ITE students in the final year of their Nitec or Higher Nitec courses. For the AY2025 polytechnic intake, this includes Nitec students completing their course in June or December 2024, and Higher Nitec students completing their course in September 2024 or March 2025.

⚠️You are not eligible to apply if you are currently enrolled or have previously been enrolled in a polytechnic.

🎓GPA Requirements🎓

To apply, you need to meet one of the following GPA requirements:

- A final net GPA of 2.0 or better for a Higher Nitec qualification.

- A final net GPA of 3.5 or better for a Nitec qualification.

- For Nitec in Nursing holders, a minimum GPA of 3.0 is required for admission to the Diploma in Nursing or the Diploma in Health Sciences (Nursing).

✅️Selection Criteria✅️

Each polytechnic has its own selection criteria, considering your demonstrated interest and aptitude for the courses you apply to. You may need to submit portfolios, and undergo interviews and aptitude tests as part of the selection process.

⭐️Conditional Offers⭐️

If selected, you will receive conditional offers before your final Nitec or Higher Nitec GPA is released. However, to confirm your admission, you still need to meet the polytechnic's admission criteria and the minimum entry requirements of the offered course.

💬Interview and Notification💬

If you are shortlisted, the polytechnics will contact you for an interview between 1 July and 27 August. You will be notified of the results via email between 6 and 11 September. You must accept the offer through the Poly EAE portal by 11 September 2024. If you do not complete the online acceptance by the deadline, it will be assumed that you have rejected the offer.

👍Commitment and Withdrawal👎

For those of you trying to game the system by getting an offer through the Poly EAE and then try to switch courses or polytechnics later, take note that after you are admitted through the Poly EAE, you must commit to your chosen polytechnic and course.

If you accept an offer but do not withdraw by 11 October 2024, you will not be able to switch courses within or between polytechnics once your offer is confirmed upon the release of your final ITE net GPA.
