✨Homemade Gatorade✨

🧉With summer time rolling around and the boys playing baseball we love having electrolyte drinks stocked up and ready to go. We used to buy Powerade and Gatorade before I cut out dyes in my kids diets and have replaced them with this healthier alternative.

🥥Electrolyte drink recipe ⬇️

1 cup water, 3/4 cup coconut water, 1/2 cup 100% juice, 1/8 tsp SEA salt, 1-2 tbls honey, 1 lemon. Mix all ingredients together, chill and enjoy! (Adjust to your liking, add more water, coconut water, lemon, etc.) Will last 5-7 days in fridge, shake/stir before serving. Makes about two servings. We usually double or triple this recipe!

🥤This drink is perfect for hot weather or tummy bugs. Replenish electrolytes without the dyes, processed ingredients or artificial sweeteners! Great to turn into freeze pops for the little ones when they can’t keep anything down! ❤️
