It’s tough to find dance/life balance! Here are 4 things that have helped me achieve a more fulfilling lifestyle, and in turn, become a better dancer:

1. Take up hobbies outside of dance! Whether that’s another form of movement like Yoga or Pilates, gardening, hiking, knitting, etc.

2. Meal prep! You’ll save time and feel more organized throughout your week. Focus on your proteins, portioning snack boxes, and meals that are tasty when reheated.. like chili!

3. Unplug! Implement a time to put the phone down and not look at it for the rest of the night.

4. Prioritize daily habits that will help improve your mindset- reading, meditation, journaling, practicing gratitude, etc.
