Did you know that men and women actually require different amounts of water day to day?
Men need around 124floz per day whereas women need only about 92floz a day!
That's still quite a bit of water, so here are a few tips that have helped me up my water intake!
• Get a water bottle you love!! Make drinking water *aesthetic* so if that means a Stanley, Yeti, Hydroflask, or other, get something that you'll want to carry around with you!
• Use a water botttlw with a STRAW! Straws, especiall the ones that are a little wider, allow for more water to be sipped throughout the day with ease.
• Find flavor packets that you like! I recommend something easy to throw in a bag, like little packets or a squeeze pack! Water can be flavored and still counts as your water intake!
• Drink 8oz of water before you eat! This will help with intake because the alst thing you want after a big meal is a ton of water!
• Download an app to help you keep track! I love "checking" things off of a to do lost, so filling in bubbles for every 8oz of water I drink makes me feel so good, healthy, and accomplished for the day!
