Morning Wellness: I take all of my morning wellness together, before breakfast! My routine includes a pre+probiotic, greens drink, apple cider vinegar gummies, and some all natural energy! I find when my body gets my wellness first, I experience less bloat, less food sensitivity, and higher energy all day!

Breakfast: My breakfasts are usually light! I stick to Oatmeal, smoothies, avocado toast, or a few scrambled eggs! This helps so I dont feel sluggish during my workout, but also after my wellness routine and 8-12oz of water, I’m not terribly hungry!

Lunch: Lunch is different every day! I have meals prepped for lunch that are homemade, high protein, have veggies and carbs, and are made specially to give me more energy in the afternoon! My favourites are fried rice bowls, fish tacos, or any pasta!

Dinner: As a 20 something, dinners are very social these days. My friends and I like to go out and try new places, but anywhere I go, I’m a little mindful of ingredients. I love to indulge, so while I may not get a “healthy” meal, I make sure to niot overeat, so that I feel good after the meal! If I’m home for Supper, I oftentimes will have a different prepped meal lime at lunch, but I’m definitely not opposed to a microwave ramen bowl!

Snacks: Throughout the day, I’m a huge snacker! I love to munch on all types of stuff! Recently, my go-tos are homemade granola bars, Berries with GoodGood Nutella, or a parfait! These snacks are light, filling, and help hold me over until the ent meal! At night before bed, I’ll eat some Halotop ice cream, chai pudding, or a protein cookie or two!
