I finally managed my PCOS!

This is the year I finally did it! I didnt do it all perfectly and when i fall off for a day... or a few lol i make sure to reset and get back on my routine! I used to spend so much time dwelling on all the ways i messed up instead of brushing it off and keeping it cute!

Also, community has helped so much and creating the PCOS Baddie Club ™ was a God send! So many baddies relating to eachother in ways we have never felt in any other place! Just want you to know that it IS possible for you too. Ive been there, tired, uncomfortable in my own body, not feeling in tune with our body like other women, feeling like youve tried it all and our body isnt budging!
