My goals for this lift is to target upper hamstrings and glutes because I have been lifting for a while but there isn’t much hamstring definition on me. So my new goal is to define those and keep a well rounded physique! My reccomendations is to use machines because it is harder to mess up form/get injured, but if you are comfortable using free weights or barbell for the good mornings, hip thrusts, and RDLs go ahead!
