I’m so glad my gym has this big scary machine. The way this is my favorite way to load my RDL, having the weight directly between my legs as opposed to the weight being in-front allows me to feel and isolate the targeted muscles more.

If you have this machine don’t be afraid to use it, it’s done wonders for my legs
