BYOB – A bowl filled with every thing you love!

You probably already know all about Nando's, a casual dining restaurant chain that specialises in flame-grilled PERi-PERi style chicken and their all-famous PERi-PERi sauces! What is your favourite level of spiciness on their PERi-ometer?

What we ordered this time round:

🍗Build YOUR own Bowl ($15.90) – PERi-PERi Noodles (Base), Grilled Chicken Tender (Main), Grilled Broccoli (Side) and Grilled Portobello Mushroom (Side)

We enjoyed the ¼ Chicken alot – it was moist and tender, even for the breast meat. The Chargrilled Veg side was also very tasty, albeit a little oily (hopefully, this can be improved on). Amongst all of the yummy food that we ordered, I enjoyed the PERi-PERi Build YOUR own Bowl most because it is a bowl filled only with all my favourites!

The PERi-PERi noodles which I ordered for the base was actually dried mee tai mak mixed with the PERi-Laksa sauce, which I simply love. The Grilled Portobello Mushrooms were also very juicy and tasty, while the Grilled Broccoli was a little bland, but well-compensated with its smoky flavour.

Their service was really good too and I like that the staff always checked with us on the food quality whenever we visited them. This was also the first time that we feedbacked to them that our wedges was a little hard and cold when served and the staff immediately offered to replace it; which we rejected as we were quite full already.

Nando's has a very cosy layout which is popular for families with kids. As it is a halal-certified restaurant, it is also a popular venue for me whenever I meet up with my Muslim friends.
