Is it safe to bring phone while showering?

i often bring my phone with me into the bathroom. Sometimes I play music or watch TikToks as background noise while I'm getting ready. But here's the thing: when I shower, the bathroom gets pretty steamy (my mirror totally fogs up).

I've heard mixed opinions about whether it's safe to bring your phone into steamy bathrooms. Some say the steam can damage your phone, like in a sauna. Others think it's totally fine.
