Ingredients 🛒

• 1/2 a lemon, juiced

• 2 tbsp sun-dried tomato oil

• 2 tbsp tahini

• 16 oz can of chickpeas, drained

• 1/2 tsp salt

• 3 garlic cloves

• 6 basil leaves

• 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes

Directions ✍️

• Into a food processor pour the juice of half a lemon, 2 tbsp sun dried tomato oil, and 2 tbsp tahini. Blitz up until smooth.

• Add in the chickpeas to the food processor along with 1/2 tsp salt, 3 garlic cloves, 6 basil leaves, and 1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes. Blitz up until smooth.

• If you want the hummus a bit more creamier, add a bit more oil and lemon juice.

• Scoop your hummus into a bowl.

• Add chopped sun dried tomatoes and chopped basil to garnish.

• Enjoy with pita!
