Pumpkin Spice Caramels! 🍬

These cute Pumpkin Spice Caramels will be a definite hit with your trick-or-treaters!🍬

We all love caramel candy but with that extra hit of pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie, spice you’ll fall in love with caramel all over again! 👻

Ingredients 🛒

• 1 cup unsalted butter

• 1/2 cup of pumpkin puree

• 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk

• 1.5 cup sugar

• 1/4 tsp of salt

• 1 cup golden syrup

• 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Directions ✍️

• Line a 9 inch baking dish with parchment paper then spray with cooking spray.

• Into a large saucepan add in the butter. Once fully melted add in the salt, sugar, and pumpkin pie spice. Stir until fully mixed.

• Add in the golden syrup, pumpkin puree, and sweetened condensed milk. Continuously whisk the caramel sauce until it reaches 240F then carefully pour into the lined baking dish.

• Allow the caramel to sit overnight.

• Slice into bite sized pieces and enjoy!
