Sheet Pan Honey Garlic Chicken with Vegetables!🥕
A weeknight in all in one sheet pan dinner is one of life’s greatest gifts! I have combined fall vegetables with the sticky glazed chicken, resulting in a satisfying meal!
Ingredients 🛒
• 1 butternut squash, cubed
• 1 red onion, quartered
• 4 garlic cloves, minced
• 4-5 carrots
• 4 fresh rosemary sprigs
• 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• 1 orange, halved
• ¼ cup honey
• 1 tbsp San-J Organic 25% Less Sodium Gluten Free Tamari
• 6 chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on
• Salt and black pepper, to taste
Directions ✍️
• Preheat oven to 400F.
• Take out a large sheet and add the butternut squash, onions, rosemary, and carrots.
• Season vegetables with salt and pepper, then drizzle with olive oil. Toss together. Place chicken pieces between the vegetables.
• Thinly slice half of the orange while juicing the other half into a small bowl.
• Into the orange juice add the honey, tamari, and garlic. Whisk together, then spoon over the chicken before baking for 25 minutes.
• Remove the pan from the oven and baste the chicken with the juices from the pan.
• Place the orange slices around the pan and bake for another 15 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked, and the vegetables are tender.
• Serve up and enjoy!
