Easy Pumpkin Truffles! 🎃

I am making the ultimate pumpkin truffles that will satisfy any pumpkin and chocolate craving that you could ever have!

Ingredients 🛒

• 2 oz cream cheese, softened

• 2 tbsp powdered sugar

• 1/3 cup pumpkin puree

• 2 cups butter biscuits, crumbled

• 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

• 1/2 tsp cinnamon

• 9 oz white chocolate, melted and divided

• 5 oz semi-sweet chocolate, melted

Directions ✍️

• Into a stand mixer beat the softened cream cheese with the powdered sugar. Add in the pumpkin puree and continue to beat together. Add in a whole package of butter biscuits that have been crushed along with the pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and 4 oz of melted white chocolate.

• Cover and refrigerate the mixture for at least an hour.

• Roll out the mixture to make 24 balls. Place each ball onto a baking tray and place it back into the refrigerator for 45 minutes.

• Melt 5 oz of semi-sweet chocolate and 5 oz of white chocolate into separate bowls.

• Carefully roll 12 of the truffles into the semi-sweet chocolate and the remaining 12 into the white chocolate. Place them all back onto the baking tray and place them back into the refrigerator for 45 minutes before enjoying!
