Easy Peanut Sauce

Ingredients:

• 2 tablespoons peanut butter

• 1 teaspoon fish sauce

• 1 teaspoon hoisin sauce

• 1-2 teaspoons rice vinegar (adjust to taste)

• 1 teaspoon soy sauce

• 1 tablespoon garlic chili paste

• Juice of 1 lime

• 1 teaspoon sesame oil

• 1-2 tablespoons water (depending on desired thickness)

Instructions:

1. Place all ingredients into a mason jar.

2. Secure the lid tightly and shake vigorously until all the ingredients are well combined and smooth.

3. Adjust the thickness by adding more water if needed. Shake again.

4. Serve as a dipping sauce, dressing, or drizzle over your favorite dish.
