Here's a simple and delicious recipe for Parmesan-Crusted Chicken:

Ingredients:

- 1 cup homemade mayo (or store-bought)

- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1 teaspoon onion powder

- Salt and pepper, to taste

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or 6-10 boneless skinless chicken thighs.

- Parchment paper

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Pat the chicken dry with paper towels and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Season both sides of the chicken with a little salt and pepper.

3. In a bowl, mix together the mayo, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and additional salt and pepper (to taste) until well combined.

4. Generously spread the Parmesan-mayo mixture on top of each piece of chicken, creating a thick, even layer.

5. Place the chicken in the preheated oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through. The Parmesan crust should be golden and slightly crispy.

6. Let the chicken rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
