Diary : Boxing Training

Here’s a longer video (around 50 seconds) of my boxing training diary.

If you sign up for a traditional boxing class, these are the activities that you have to go through.

We started with some basic drills and then moved on to practicing punches on the heavy bag and 1 on 1 with coach. I was surprised at how tiring it was, but it felt great to release some pent-up energy .
