My Weight Loss Journey (2months) • What i Learned & What Mistakes to avoid! 🫶
🍱Diet🍱:
- I'll be honest; I've tried the caloric deficit method. It's DIFFICULT.
- Intermittent fasting was the easiest because I could eat guilt-free during the eating time.
- Don’t starve yourself, but be mindful of how much you are eating. It is okay to take a break and to cheat. Dieting is a mental battle. You have to accept your goals and learn to eliminate bad habits and thoughts.
🤸🏻♀️Exercise 🤸🏻♀️
- I am the type of person who quickly becomes bored and unmotivated.
- I discovered that to make my exercises easier, I needed to have fun with them.
- I stopped doing what other people did and only did exercises that made me happy and were easy to do (Find your perfect fit.)
- Pilates, dancing (Zumba), walking, and boxing were my favourites because I always felt energized and happy afterwards.
🧘🏻♀️Well-being 🧘🏻♀️
- Always prioritize taking care of your emotional and physical well-being.
- Don't put unnecessary pressure on yourself to diet or exercise to achieve impossible goals.
- I've discovered that making your journey exciting is the simplest way to see results.
- Stress will sabotage your weight loss efforts and make them more difficult.
