TRIBE is not like any ordinary/traditional boxing classes. It is a full body workout incorporates a lot of HIIT movements.

Guaranteed to work up a sweat and get pulses racing as it combines intense high-energy cardio, bodyweight exercises and punching combos to get you fighting fit. I enjoy this class as it helps to improve stamina, agility, hand-eye coordination and muscular endurance. You will sure to feel body sore the next day.
