SKINCARE

Wash face 2x a day

Exfoliate 1x a week

Face mask 1x a week

Dailv skincare routine:

Cleanser

DOUBLE CLEANSE

Oil based cleanser, then a foaming cleanser

Toner

• AHA (anti: dehydration, sun damage, dull and dead skin)

•BHA (anti: black and white heads, uneven skin tone)

• PHA (enhancement of collagen production, antioxidant)

Serum

• Hyaluronic Acid

• Retinol (effect = 10%)

• Retinal ( effect = 95%)

• Vitamin C mixed with vitamin E

Eye cream

Products with caffeine

Moisturizer

Non-comedogenic & ceramides!!

Sunscreen (DAILY - even if it's cloudy)

• blow dry (use heat protectant)

• Hair oil to your ends

EXERCISE
