Had some bread lying around that I needed to used up so made some bread pudding!! You can literally use any kind of bread, I used a few dinner rolls, a few slices of brioche bread, and a couple hot dog buns 😅 && Its even better if they’re 1-2 days old kinda stale, it’ll help absorb that egg mixture!!
Bread Pudding:
✨ 3 eggs
✨ 1 1/2 cup of milk
✨1 Tbl of cinnamon
✨ 2 Tbl of brown sugar
✨ 1/4 cup white sugar
✨ 5-6 slices of day old bread
Pineapple Peach Topping:
✨ 3 Tbl butter
✨ 2 Tbl brown sugar
✨ 4 oz diced peaches
✨ 4 oz pineapple tidbits
💥 In a bowl mix together eggs, milk, sugars, and cinnamon
💥 Dice breads into medium pieces then put into a buttered baking dish
💥 Pour egg mixture over bread, toss, ( if it seems to be too wet add more bread) then set aside to allow bread to soak!!
💥 In a sauce pan melt butter then add brown sugar
💥 Mix in pineapples and peaches
💥 Fold pineapple/ peach mixture into bread pudding!
💥 Put into a 350° over for 30 minutes!!
💥 Serve with vanilla ice cream, caramel, && sweetened condensed milk drizzle
