I have norovirus please help 😭

Been sick since Thursday and yesterday I found out it was norovirus. You can get it from buffets, door handles and ppl not washing their hands. Me being unlucky I probably got it from the buffet in the hotel I was staying at for work. I was seriously and severely dehydrated when I got to the ER. Crazy to think I did an exam and drove 2 hours like this to get home drinking sips of Gatorade praying to not shit myself on the road. It is hard taking care of me since I live alone. I’m too exhausted to cook. The worse part is the stomach cramps 🤧🤧 this for sure made me miss my mama 😭
