Ingredients:

Sheet tray

Shredded cheese

olive oil

bacon bits

garlic salt

Detailed Steps:

Step one: set oven to 400 degrees - cut up potatoes into medium size slices (try to cut them all the same size so they cook evenly) - drizzle on a little olive oil and seasonings of your choice (I use garlic salt- sprinkle on to your liking)

Step two: Place in the oven for 10-15 minutes and flip half way through - take them out and place a fork in them to test if they are done (they should be nice and soft)

Step three: Place desired cheese amount on top of each potato slice (I like a lot of cheese on mine)

Step four: Place back in to the oven until cheese is melted to your liking (Typically 2-3 minutes) - when the cheese is freshly melted, top with desired amount of bacon bits (you can place back in the oven if you like them extra crispy or add whatever toppings you want)

Additional tips/notes:

This is easily one of the easiest snack/meal recipes to make! The thin potato slices help to make this process go so much faster since they don’t need much cook time.
