Floral Butter Cookies for Mother's Day

Bake your own cookies and share this to your lovely mom as an appreciation❤️ Happy Mother's Day to all mothers out there 🥰

Ingredients:

1. 90g unsalted butter | 90g mentega tanpa garam

2. 80g powdered sugar | 80g gula serbuk@halus

3. 1 tsp vanilla essence | 1 sdt esen vanila

4. 160g flour | 160g tepung gandum

5. 50g corn starch | 50g tepung jagung

6. 30g fresh milk | 30g susu segar

7. Edible flowers (optional)

Pro tip# To prevent the flowers from burning, freeze the cookie dough that has been set with flower for an hour.

Then, bake cookies for 10-15mins at 160oC and let it cool completely before dipping it with chocolate.

White chocolate ganache:

Melt white chocolate using double boil method and then add a few drops of pink food colouring. Dip only half of the cookie and chill in the fridge until set.
