I nak share some tips dengan korang how I keep active during ramadhan. Semuanya start dari apa yang kita makan waktu sahur.

Do not skip your sahur!

I always go for high protein & low carbs meal. Protein akan buat you kenyang lebih lama tau. Tapi, kenyang sepanjang hari pun tak boleh jugak kalau badan rasa lesu je kan?

Selain main meal, supplement adalah sangat penting di bulan ramadhan. To keep me energized through out the day✨

As a mom of two and also as fitness trainer, kerja I memang memerlukan I untuk sentiasa bergerak ke sana dan ke sini. So I have to stay focus throughout the day for my family and for my work as well.
