What’s in my Fitness Bag to Teach Dance Cardio 👟✨

Once a week I teach two of my dance cardio classes back to back at Cal State University, Long Beach. I pack a fitness bag every time I go to ensure I have everything I need to make my experience comfortable and organized.

My bag that I use is the L.L Bean Boat and Tote Bag in the medium size with the long straps. I love this bag so much and love how customizable it is from color, size, strap lengths and embroidered text. This fits comfortably all my fitness essentials and I think it’s so cute and personal.

In my bag, I make sure to pack:

My Simple Modern Water Bottle

A small towel (we sweat a lot in my dance classes)

My Merit Beauty Makeup Bag

A snack to eat after my class

Body Mist + Deodorant (a must!!)

A change of clothes for if I want to be more comfortable on my way home.
