Mini Apple Cider Bundt Cakes Recipe

Ingredients

¾ cup vegetable oil

¾ cup sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1½ cups apple cider

½ cup applesauce

1½ cups flour

½ tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

½ tsp salt

½ tsp cinnamon

¼ tsp nutmeg

Instructions

Mix oil, sugar, vanilla, apple cider and applesauce in a large bowl until well combined.

In a separate bowl, sift flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg together and add to wet ingredients. Mix together until well incorporated. (This is a loose batter so don't be alarmed)

Spray your baking pan with baking spray and fill each cavity with your batter until 3/4 full.

Bake on 375 for 15-18 mins or until you can stick a toothpick in and it comes out clean.

Allow to cool and eat plain or dip each mini cake into a cinnamon sugar mix and serve.
