YOU NEED THIS‼️ You're just replacing your lasagna noodles with frozen OR from the fridge section ravioli!

Ingredients I Used:

*Also I have a house divided of meat eaters and 1 vegetarian so I made 2 trays, 1 with spinach ravioli (with hemp seeds, ground flax, and nutritional yeast also added in for extra protein) and another tray with Italian sausage ravioli. This recipe makes 2 large trays (half it for one tray), use whatever types of ravioli your family prefers!! 😊

2 Large Trays:

4 regular size bags of ravioli from the fridge section of the store OR freezer section

2 jars of tomato sauce (preheated to allow me to add extra seasoning powders: garlic, onion, paprika, black pepper, Badia all-purpose)

Large container ricotta

2 eggs

Block of mozzarella-shredded yourself is going to melt the best (but be quick and get a bag of pre-shredded if you prefer!)

Small container of fresh basil chopped

Fresh shredded parmesaen (or whatever kind you prefer, but for me, fresh shredded makes a difference. It doesn't have that coating that affects how the cheese heats and melts)

Steps:

*Preheat oven to 400°f

*DO NOT COOK RAVIOLI

*In a bowl, combine ricotta with eggs and same seasonings from sauce mixture

*Split ingredients in half, and each tray gets these layers:

*sauce, ravioli, ricotta mixture, basil, mozzarella, then again EXCEPT THE END CHANGES: sauce, ravioli, ricotta, basil, THEN SAUCE THIS TIME and top with a generous helping of mozzarella.

*Bake at 400°f for about 30 min covered in foil

*Take off foil bake another 10-15 or until sauce is bubbly

*Broil on high for about 2 minutes for that delicious golden cheesy look. 😋

*Plate in after a few minutes and top with the fresh parmesaen and ENJOY!!

PLEASE adapt and get creative with this, I've seen similar recipes and this is my adaptation to make it perfect for my family but cooking can be fun and creative, make it whatever way works best for YOU AND YOURS!! 🤗🤗🤗
