Do you like Mochi? If you do, You need to make these little Milo Mochi bites! They are extremely easy to make, chewy and Delicious! You can pair with any cream and cookie crumbs of your choice! Do try and Enjoy Bestie!🍡🍫✨
Ingredients:💌
Glutinous Rice Flour- 45g
Corn flour- 10g
Sugar- 20g (Optional)
Sweet Milo Milk- 80g
Butter- 10g
1. In a bowl, add glutinous rice flour, corn flour, sugar (Optional) and Milo milk.
2. Mix until combined; Filter and Transfer to a pan.
3. Add Butter; Mix and cook on low heat until soft dough is formed.
4. Knead until stretchy. (It'll be hot, so let it cool a bit and knead by stretching)
5. Dust corn flour and Transfer the mochi.
6. Divide and coat with corn flour/Milo powder to prevent sticking.
7. Pair it with cream and any cookie crumbs (I used coconut flakes).
8. Enjoy!✨
