Hey girlies,

I’m here to share you tips on how to lose weight and maintain it. Before anything else, this is not 1-2 months plan but a habit/routine that you should change in order to see difference in your body.

We’re Malaysian, of course giving up food is literally a crime to us. We can try but we will somehow bounce back to wanting it even more.

So one way to not stress ourselves by giving up our favorite local food is to create a healthy routine that we can keep up with.

For example

1) No sugar 4-5 days a week

2) Move your body by dedicating 20 mins for a walk a day

3) Try to not eat after 6pm or 2hrs before bed

4) Eat less rice and more proteins to be filled

5) Drink more water

6) Try to not snack as often

I would suggest to do it one step at a time before you completely change your dietary. This way your body won’t be in full shock with the changes. Also, do not rush to lose weight cause once you go too drastic on it, you will find yourself bounce back to your heavy weight much quicker than you lose.
