OMG... the delights I ate in Osaka!🥰

1️⃣ Shinsaibashi Kusaka Curry - I'd give this Japanese curry 99 points! Run by a charming couple, the pork cutlets, meat patties, and eggs are all fried right in front of you, and the eggplant is freshly cut and fried! Absolutely delicious! Expect to queue, but it moves fast. We went around noon and waited an hour, but tasting that curry rice made it all worthwhile. It's so good that nobody leaves anything on their plate.

2️⃣ Umeda Botani Curry on the 9th floor – A notch below the first, but still a must-try. It's spicier, and they were sold out by 4 p.m. on my first visit, so it's best to go at noon. Plenty of seating, and the main wait is for ordering, which takes about 20 minutes.

3️⃣ Umeda Yakiniku Bang (All-you-can-eat Wagyu BBQ) - Make reservations on Google, all-you-can-eat for 5000 yen per person. Better to choose drinks separately for a good deal. Order by scanning a code, with a 90-minute limit and a maximum of three items per order. When time's nearly up, they'll remind you – no more orders except for desserts (the yogurt ice cream is recommended!).

4️⃣ Kyoto Authentic Charcoal Grill - Strongly recommended! Stumbled upon this place (originally headed for another grill) and it was fairly empty since it's a new spot in Kyoto. Their eel rice is unbelievably delicious, way better than anything I've had in Shanghai. Crispy with every bite, I never imagined eel could taste like this. It was so good I cried tears of joy and ordered another piece!
