second time coming back here because it is THAT GOOD!!!!

indulging in a refreshing bowl of icy cold noodles, with chewy texture of noodles, i was in fact satisfied with this place 🤗❣️ in terms of affordability, i would say this place is not bad compared to other korean restaurants in terms of their portion size and quality in the food they serve 🫨😍 not to mention their good customer service 😮‍💨 10/10 for this PLACE 🙂‍↔️🙂‍↔️ we got the 3 star set which came with:

1. arrowwood cold noodles (soup)

this bowl of cold noodles were really life changing as i wasn’t expecting much since i have always eaten bad/disappointing cold noodles in sg… love how they added a slice of korean sweet pear which was so juicy and sweet 😣😔 i love adding mustard for extra kick to the cold noodles and it rlly elevates the taste so so much!! PERFECT for the hot humid SG weather 😎

2. tangsyuk

ngl, whenever i see korean dramas or mukbangs, tangsyuk is always the food item i have been wanting to try for the longest time 🤓🤓 but i still prefer our traditional chinese sweet and sour pork 😭😂 im a dip more than pour over sauce person, and i would say the sauce was good and tangy but then again, it was my first time trying, so idt i can give much comments on em 😅 but i gotta say after a while, the meat becomes abit tough and meh…but i rlly liked dipping the meat in the jajangmyeon sauce!

3. jajangmyeon

2nd fav item on the menu!! rlly love their black bean sauce packed w sm flavour and JST WOWS! YALL NEED TO TRY IT!! although the noodles were a little overcooked, i feel like the sauce saved the overall dish so no complaints! i got to say their portion is honestly q huge for the price sooooo i will still get it agn the next time i go 😝😝

4. kimchi meat and pork mandus

disappointing dish… not sure if korean dumplings were supposed to be like this, but i felt like the meat filling tasted a little weird and there’s a lack of flavour… the dumpling skin was also very thin 😮‍💨

will not be ordering this on my next visit.. still prefer my chinese style dumplings 😋😋

if tanjong pagar is far from u, fret NOT as funan recently opened their new branch SO DO HEAD THERE IF UR NEAR!!!
