I’ve always been a huge fan of naengmyeon, aka Korean cold noodles! The very first time I had it was when YOOGANE, a Korean dakgalbi store opened in SG, and I was immediately addicted to the dish!

Unfortunately, when the store closed down, I was unable to find an authentic version of naengmyeon anymore…

LUCKILY!!! Thanks to the internet🥹 I found NOODLE STAR K!

Cold, tangy and refreshing beef broth paired with chewy noodles and kimchi on the side, is honestly the BEST WAY🙇🏻‍♀️ to beat the heat!

I must say, although I very much enjoy the naengmyeon here, the noodles are slightly too thin for my liking, as I was so accustomed to the one at YOOGANE. I guess you can say that you never forget the first time you had something 🤷🏻‍♀️

My friend and I also got the steamed dumpling WHICH WAS CRAZY AMAZING!!!!! if I’m not going here for the cold noodles, you sure will see me queueing up for their amazing juicy dumplings!

I swear, I can have at least 5 plates of those dumplings for dinner and still be craving for more!
