For Jasmine Cream Cheese:

200g cream cheese

30g powdered sugar

40g whipping cream

About 10g jasmine flowers

For Matcha Scones:

200g cake flour

5g baking powder

25g sugar

8g matcha powder

1g salt

55g butter

40g milk

55g whipping cream

Making Magic:

Jasmine Cream: Mix whipping cream and jasmine, refrigerate overnight.

Creamy Cheese: Soften cream cheese, add powdered sugar, mix, sieve in jasmine cream, freeze for 30 mins. Make 6 small balls, freeze again.

Scone Base: Mix flour, baking powder, matcha, salt, and sugar. Add butter, then milk and whipping cream. Mix until no dry flour remains. Chill for 30 mins.

Assemble: Divide dough into 6, wrap each around a ball of cheese. Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 20 mins.

Chill & Enjoy: Refrigerate overnight for best flavor!
