Shake shack collab w KEK seafood!!

💭 Thoughts:

Shake shack has collaborated with the famous zi char place KEK seafood for some time limited specials!! The collab takes inspiration from 2 of KEK seafood’s signature dishes - coffee ribs and white pepper crab!

So their collab specials are: coffee glazed chicken burger, coffee glazed chicken bites, white pepper beef burger and white pepper fries!

They also have special local drinks like buah long long lemonade and bandung shake!

🍴 What I tried:

1. Coffee glazed chicken burger

- the coffee taste was STRONG and the chicken was so hot and juicy and tender!! the slaw paired really well with it!!

- If you love coffee ribs, then you will love this too!!

2. Buan long long lemonade

- this is a mix of citrusy plum purée and sour plum

- if you love sour drinks, then this is for you!! I do like sour stuff but by the time I finished 3/4 of it, I had enough of the sour-ness of it 😅
